Shipping & Delivery

At Noire & Vine, we believe curated living is worth the wait. Each piece is thoughtfully sourced and shipped directly from our global suppliers. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and ship directly from our trusted global suppliers. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way. We appreciate your patience - because luxury is in the details - and we're making sure every one arrives beautifully.  Most items shipped well before the listed days but please allow sufficient time for delivery. 

Returns & Refunds

At Noire & Vine, every item is curated with care-and we want you to love your experience as much as your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 

Return Eligibility:

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right-either with a replacement or full refund. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the nature of small batch and curated items, we do NOT accept returns for buyer's remorse or delayed shipping.
