Refund policy

At Noire & Vine, every item is curated with care - and we want you to love your experience as much as your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 

Return Eligibility :

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right - either with a replacement or full refund. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to nature of small batch and curated items, we do NOT accept returns for buyer's remorse or delayed shipping.
